Most of my career has been at Synechron Technologies, where I progressed from engineer to leading a team of 10 on a multi-tenant insurance platform — owning architecture decisions, delivery quality, performance, and engineering execution.

More recently, while based in the U.S., I’ve continued hands-on full-stack and cloud engineering through independent work and product development.
